Uk warranty

All Something Special Memorials Products come complete with a one year warranty, we warrant it to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If this product is found to be defective within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced.

All items must be checked with 48 hours of receiving the product, if there are any missing items or damaged parts if we are not contacted within the 48 hours we will not take any responsibility.

The warranty does not does not apply to general wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or to any incompatibility or poor performance due to inappropriate or specific installation. Warranty does not cover any damage incurred during the installation process, so please read the instructions carefully.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, the item(s) you have ordered was listed with the incorrect price. Also if you were unable to make payment with your credit or debit card, or you card issuer will not authorise payment.

Design

All products are manufactured in the uk, care should be taken over spelling and grammar. We will always produce exactly what is on the form.

Sometimes the plaque brought may be slightly different to the one shown in the picture as you may have more letters in your text to the one in the picture or less letters. Although we try to show the very best on screen image possible some things such as colour may be slightly different due to on screen resolutions, and we position text slightly different for design purposes.
